Through this bootcamp, young women come together to co-create solutions to some of Uganda’s most pressing challenges — while building businesses that contribute to economic growth and shared prosperity.

A strong core curriculum covering business model design, pricing, customer discovery and basic financial management — equipping participants with the essentials to build and run sustainable businesses.
Each participant is paired with a seasoned woman entrepreneur mentor — personalised guidance and real-world insights through the bootcamp, plus a full year of follow-on mentorship and ongoing access to CWEN’s support network.
Focused training on pitch development and investor readiness, with introductions to grant opportunities and early-stage funders to unlock access to capital.
Participants graduate as part of a close-knit cohort, building a strong support network that continues to collaborate, learn and grow beyond the program.
